I do love good baked beans and think my mom’s are the best. We had a family dinner last night and our kids love them too–so took the opportunity to make them. Probably simple but I used an onion, tall can of baked beans, regular can of pintos, brown sugar, yellow mustard, ketchup, ground black pepper. baked uncovered at 300* for 2 hours. Really enjoyed them. Don’t drain the beans. If I had had it I would have added a can of red kidney beans.
