Haven’t been here in a while but I’m finally back on track. So happy to see many friends again!

I would like to triple this recipe and use six inch disposable pie tins. I just can’t figure out how much liquid to put in each one. Comments say if you use a standard nine inch pan it will overflow. Also would like to know how many it will make.

    Any comments are appreciated!

    Well that didn’t work!

The recipe is a leek and cheese quiche from all recipes

    Hi Cyn

You may have figured this out by now and I don’t have any real experience but will offer this.

I think this recipe is for a deep dish frozen pie curst and the overflow described was maybe for a regular/shallow crust.

Are the 6 inch pies you want to make like a sort of large tart? If so I think it would make 3-4. As for how much liquid to put in, I think you have to fill it to the edge because it will puff up and then deflate. You’ll need to divide the cheese among the crusts also. I hope this helps, but it is really just guessing. It’s a nice looking recipe.

Good. How many did it make?
