    Yes, Marg, but I tend to overload them with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, crispy bacon, and cheese.

      Ever made one of those bake-ahead or twice-baked souffles that might work for one person trying to do a serious dinner? If I am alone and have guests, it doesn’t work for me to be in the kitchen with the KA banging around making a last-minute dessert.

      I thought I saw a raspberry souffle, bake ahead, or partially, but could never find it again.
