OMGoodness Marilyn. Those are beauties! Bake from Scratch has a very detailed section on traditional croissants and ‘quicker’ croissants and I thought maybe I’d give them a try. But after some thought I decided against it because if there’s one thing I know about myself it’s that I’m a very lazy baker:) I envy you your patience!
Lawdy woman you have more patience than me. I’ve made them once and that was enough for me. Laminating dough: there’s that whole thing of cool, but not room temp, but not cold butter thing. Ugh. And after 1442 hours, you have like six croissant. More power to you, those are a thing of beauty.
Interesting, I couldn’t watch the video without allowing FB access. I’ve never run across needing FB access on a non fb site. I was able to listen and see the edge of the video, which was fine given I’ve made croissant before. I did get a few tips, in case I decide to ever try again.
