I have been making sourdough breads for the past year. The bread is delicious but I am having a problem slicing it to freeze. Thought I hade a good bread knife but I don’t! Any suggestions on a great bread knife that will slice through sourdough crust?

I was given this knife as a gift 2 christmas’s ago. I love it. I bake sourdough regularly and it cuts right through it. I like it so much it stays out and on my cutting board full time.
Here’s the link to it… Quite reasonably priced

We bought a very similar knife about a year ago and could not be happier with it!
I goes through the crunchiest of crust with no issues and had held it’s edge beautifully!

The knife arrived and the first thing I cut was my hand!! Once I stopped the bleeding (2 days!) it worked wonderfully on the sourdough crust. Thanks, again!

I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’m sorry.
…but I actually laughed out-loud when I read this.
I’m sorry.
