Plum, Pistachio and Rosewater Crumble:
6TBL clear honey
2 Lemons and their zest and juice (I use scant zest)
Good Splash rosewater
3 large Plums, halved and stoned
100g pistachios
Cream to serve.
Preheat grill to high
Mix together the honey, zest,lemon juice and rosewater
Place plums cut side down on roasting tin, drizzle with 1/2 the syrup and grill for 5 mins
Turn other way up and grillfor 5 mins.
Whilst doing this whizz the nuts and remaining syrup together till finely chopped.
After second 5 mins top each plum with nuts and grill a further 3 mins till golden.
Serve with cream.
