it out of the freezer, the other went fast, I had to hide a piece for myself.

yay. I put my second loaf in the refrig and will get it out tomorrow. I think it mellowed and got

moister by cooling it for several days. wrapped tightly. I just know my problem was baking too long. I relly have a problem with this everytime I bake. "just a few more minutes" . . .

 
I agree, I like letting it sit in the fridge for a day. That is if people can keep their hands off!

I'm making a couple more loaves and putting in the freezer for the holidays. We have lots of people in and out, and this recipe is a winner.
