...cooking school chef, Gabriel Claycamp, was featured with his underground restaurant, "Gypsy." The menu was rather silly. The dessert featured Pop Rocks. *chuckle*

just before Carnival. He described some of the atmosphere as redolent of "a$$ crack!"--and I thought "did he just say that? Did I hear what I thought I did?!" I just about died, rolling on the floor. He can be pretty funny.
