Cheese Ball Chutney and Chutney Cheese Ball

2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 cup chopped chutney

1. In a mixer bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Stir in the curry, onion and orange rind. Shape mixture into a large round ball.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill
4. When ready to serve, place cheese ball on serving plate, spoon chutney over the top of the ball.
5. Surround the ball with crisp crackers; serve with spreader.

Serves 8 - 10

CHUTNEY CHEESE BALL

8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. dry vermouth
1 tsp. curry
Chutney

1. Beat cheeses together until well blended.
2. Add vermouth and curry to taste.
3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
4. Shape into a ball.
5. When ready to serve, carefully spoon chutney over the cheeseball.

*NOTE: you can sprinkle chopped green onion over the top.
