Cottage cheese to a new level

As I was looking into my container of cottage cheese to take to work, I thought "cheese, white, hmmmmm"and then I thought of kpinky's feta with olive oil and pink peppercorns

So I got out the peppercorns, olive oil and Herbs de Provenceand sprinkled away. I added some spring onion tops for more color.

and voila - that made a very happy little lunch.
