Dawn, Michael, or ? Do you think it would be ok to freeze Dawn's creamy chicken enchilidas in T&T?

Freezing IS mentioned in the thread. She says they freeze well, and to freeze before cooking.

Sorry Barb, I was on the road today.

They freeze great. I usually freeze them before cooking and then you can either thaw them and cook them or cook them directly from the freezer. I think we are having a variation of these tomorrow night for dinner. Enjoy!

Thanks Dawn, they are in the freezer! I doubled the recipe and will

cook them next week. They are delicious!!!!
