doughs and it turned out great.

My only tweak...I cut back the sugar in the topping to 2/3 cup. That was plenty for my taste.

I even geeked out and took a picture! LOL!

Wow - that picture is gorgeous! Makes me want to bite right into it. Congrats on the success!

Traca they look great, I made them this morning too, only 4 left for tomorrow, I wish I knew how to

post pictures like you did. To be honest, I believe I got this recipe here @ FK, I have been making it almost weekly, actually only missed 3 Sundays since summer.

Did you find it easier to work with the yeast after you whisked it? I like that method better than waiting on them to ferment.

My sister says they're better than Cinnabun's, I have to agree, their's taste more lilke soft rolls as these cinnamon rolls taste more like a soft pastry, and FRESH. I love this recipe, I wish I could remember who posted this recipe this past early summer here on FK because I would throw that person a PARADE, one better than the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade ... I would I just would.

MMMM, I love these rolls, my absolute faves. My recipe instructions

are for using a bread machine while dianncy's is for an electric mixer. Nice to have both methods.

Pat- NoCal....... I would love to have a PARADE in your honor for this recipe so so great.. I am

going to have a parade in your honor and It will be as big as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

I am going to make 6 to 8 batches of these cinnamon rolls and donate them to the homeless shelter for Christmas in Your Honor, and the happiness that the less fortunate will recieve will be more brilliant than any float, their smiles will be larger than any balloon, and I will be marching these down town in parade like fashion while they are still warm. So thank you in many many ways Pat smileys/smile.gif

loriejean, I first use the paddle then switch over to the hook to Knead the dough -- lorijean you

are going to love this recipe..... IT'S A KEEPER AND SHOULD GO IN T & T

Gee, with all that praise I wish I'd created the recipe, but I didn't. Thanks anyway,

and I'm glad you're enjoying the recipe too.

Starburst...there's no need for a Kitchen Aid...I started in a KA and ended up

kneeding by hand for about 5 minutes. I actually started in a KA and since I'm a rookie, at first the texture was a little grainy/shaggy--what's the word??---so in a panic, I pulled it out and started kneeding it by hand. It worked out great.

if you have a food processor you can use that too. most have recipes for doughmaking

Even Julia Child had a bread dough recipe for the FP.
