Fun video: Making a fancy wedding cake from two flat grocery store cakes

This blogger (The Icing Artist) was fun to watch. She attempts to take two generic flat sheet cakes, scrape off the icing and build a tall two-tier fancy cake from it. As she talks herself through the process, the viewers sees it develop as she adapts and learns to trust her instincts. At the end, she shows the finished cake to a professional bakery to get a quote for what they would charge to make it.

 
Definitely true on that fact. But I did like how she re-cycled an existing cake...something I would never thought of.
