Got myself in a pickle

Haven't been here in a while but I'm finally back on track. So happy to see many friends again!

I would like to triple this recipe and use six inch disposable pie tins. I just can't figure out how much liquid to put in each one. Comments say if you use a standard nine inch pan it will overflow. Also would like to know how many it will make.

Any comments are appreciated!

Hi Cyn

You may have figured this out by now and I don't have any real experience but will offer this.

I think this recipe is for a deep dish frozen pie curst and the overflow described was maybe for a regular/shallow crust.

Are the 6 inch pies you want to make like a sort of large tart? If so I think it would make 3-4. As for how much liquid to put in, I think you have to fill it to the edge because it will puff up and then deflate. You'll need to divide the cheese among the crusts also. I hope this helps, but it is really just guessing. It's a nice looking recipe.
