Has anyone tried this? Chicken Thighs With Creole Mustard-Orange Sauce

We had Chicken with Creole Mustard-Orange Sauce for dinner last night and enjoyed it.

This dish is quick and easy enough for week day dinners and can be fancied up for company too. I think it should go into tried and true.

 
Janet, I think I would serve this dish as a casserole for company. The addition of some

lightly sauteed red onion and red pepper chunks would add colour and crunch. I've been thinking about what herb would go well and keep coming back to parsley.

Anyone else have some ideas?
