Have you noticed the lack of sale items on meat?

Beef seems crazy expensive nowadays, but I’ve noticed it’s not in sales flyers anymore. They used to be the lead item, but even for memorial bbq day, they didn’t even have hamburger meat and hot dogs on sale. I wonder if they are simply unwilling to list something like tri tip on sale for $40 bc those prices are so high they don’t want to print them?
