Mmm, they sound good. Do you have orange marmalade? I'd say

they need something "lighter" than what you mentioned. Maybe the fig jam, though - that would be an interesting taste. You want something that would let the ginger come through, I think. Good luck!

 
Barbara, I would go with the fig jam. Also to make it easier to

apply the filling in a long rope use a baggie to pipe it onto the phyllo.

they look simply scrumptious and I can appreciate your wanting to use your own jams, but in my opinion, do as Colette says.
