the recipe and video will come up. Martha claims that this is the "Best" Chocolate Chip Cookie. I have searched the net and many people have tried the recipe and love it. Oh! What is a Baker to do with all these recipes????

I've made them twice...

...and they are wonderful! They make enough batter to fill up my KA mixer...I had to stir in the chocolate chips by hand. I just used Nestles Chocolate chips instead of ordering his specialty chips. My family loves tollhouse cookies, and these have a similar texture...

There are two Jacque Torres Choc. Chip cookie recipes. If you're talking about the one with bread

flour and pastry flour, I have this dough in my fridge right now.

I made them and I have to say, if you bake until browned and crisp, they're fine, but I've had better.

I probably won't bake these again.

I prefer this Jacque Torres Chocolate Chip Cookie -- 'click' on link.

They're like Tish Boyle's Bake Shop cookie in that there's grated chocolate in the dough!
