My neice served this sauce last year & I thought I made a copy of what she did, but I don't have it and she cannot remember what was in the recipe because she doesn't remember where she found the recipe. It wouldn't have been on the Internet. She doesn't think it had any Orange Juice. Can anyone help?

Looks pretty simple, this might be it.

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup pomegranate juice
2 cups whole cranberries

Directions
place sugar and pomegranate juice into a cooking pot over high heat
boil 2 minutes
add cranberries
reduce heat to medium-low
cook until the cranberries pop, which usually takes from between 8 to 10 minutes
cool and refrigerate
NOTE:
This recipe makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce, and can easily be doubled.
It also keeps well in the refrigerator for up to three weeks!

You could add cinnamon/nutmeg or allspice, a liqueur if you like/

Re: Looks pretty simple, this might be it.

Thank you Karen, but I should have been more specific. The recipe I am looking for contains Pomagranate Seeds.

CURIOUS -Re: Sandy, here's a recipe that was in Food and Wine last Nov. Does she get that magazine?

I think this may be the one. I don't know if she subscribes to Food & Wine, but I just dropped her an Email to inquire, but one way or another, this is wht I am going to make. Thank you so much
