Oh my, judging by the amount of cream (aka FAT) in it, maybe I didn't need to know the recipe after all - HA!

cheezz, You are welcome! I do agree with you on the "fat"content...

I am not a fan of their recipes that being my principal complaint. Too many cream sauces and that really is not true Italian Food in my Italian eyes.
