I and Better Half were invited for dinner to some friends last night and we were to bring dessert.

I did a quick search and landed on your hot fudge sauce. I don't have a double bouler so I put a small casserole in a slightly larger one, and it worked. I did the same thing when I re-heated it at my friends house and served it with some good quality ice cream (I didn't have time to make my own.)

The sauce was a hit! Everyone loved it and raved about it. This is definitely going to be one of my staples for dessert! Thanks for sharing this recipe, Gayle.

sugar problem with the Dyslexic Bittersweet sauce?

Must give it a try just as soon as there isn't a house in my kitchen.
