Hi all,

I have a bunch of plums and I wanted to make some sort of crisp or crumble with them. Does anyone have a good recipe for that?

Thanks!

NOTES : Great!

I also had a bunch of plums.....

and with the first dozen I made a Plum Torte that I found so many copies of the recipe, I was sure it had to be good. (It was!)

Then with the rest, I made a crumb cake using a recipe from Nick Malgieri. It was his Apricot Crumb Cake, but he has a plum variation. It was also TDF!
That recipe is linked.

I took most of each to work, since if I left it at home, we'd just eat it. The kids I work with were so busy enjoying both that all I heard for most of the afternoon were groans of delight! (They love it when I bake)

Thanks all. I'm leaning towards making GayR's plum crumble tonight.

I'll let you know how it turns out. I'm very excited. smileys/wink.gif
