using pistachio paste.

I bought a pound of this wonderful stuff last weekend. I also got to taste a pistachio macaroon (TDF).

I have done a search for recipes, but all that I have found start with the nuts, not the nut paste.

Anyone have either a recipe using the paste, or conversion info for nuts to paste?
