DEE-lish!!

I didn't have Creole mustard, and in fact had

never even heard of it, so I used Essensia

Old Fashioned Dijon.

For the hot pepper sauce, I used my old

favorite - Frank's Red Hot.

The sauce goes great with rice, and I also

steamed some fresh broccoli.

Very nice recipe (and, of course, the

preparation was faultless).

Thank you very much.

(Note: No ducks were injured during the

production of this meal.)

 
Why sweetums, I'm so thrilled you liked it and did not injure any duckies! By the way,

I interpreted the hot pepper sauce to mean Tabasco but I'm sure Frank's would do the job.
