Okay, you know you subscribe to too many cooking magazines when you can't remember which magazine you saw a recipe in! I seem to remember in the past few months seeing a recipe for a stuffed acorn squash-maybe stuffed with veggies and a grain or rice? Maybe as part of a story on grains/rice?
It looked yummy and I mentally marked it for trying. Well, do you think I could remember where I saw this now??? I subscribe to Bon Apetit (although like many of you I think I am going to let the subscription go), Cooking Light, Martha Stewart (a moment of weakness), Fine Cooking and Cooks Illustrated (a gift). I seem to think it was in the Cooking Light, but I have been known to be totally wrong in situations like this before..
Does anyone have any recollection of such a recipe? If so, just direct me to the right magazine and issue and that would be great!Thanks so much!!
