didn't taste right but I thought oh well, maybe my buds are a little off. Put them in the oven. After 10 minutes of baking time I saw the one cup of canola oil, that I forgot to put in, sitting on the counter.

Just got even better. Sent DH to the store to pick up 2 zucchini for

chocolate zuc cupcakes (for same meeting). He came back, dumped everything on the counter and took off. When I opened the bag to get the zuccs I found 2 large eggplants!

Maybe I wasn't meant to bake today!
