Made this tonight, and rec'd accolades...Emeril's stuffed cornish hens

I added garlic slivers and parsnips; Also used white wine vs. the chicken broth. It was very flavorful; req'd more time than stated....BUT, was a fun dinner. Fun to see guests carve their own hen!
