Melissa Dallas!!! HELP!!! Do you know how much pimento cheese filling it makes?

We are going to make little tea-sized sandwiches for 200 women and are trying to guess how many batches of your pimento cheese filling to make. Assuming about 2-3 tsp. per sandwich... any guess?

My guess is this recipe made about 6 cups and since it is not smooth I'd guess

it would take about 3 tablespoons to make a whole sandwich that could then be cut in 3 fingers or 4 quarters. So double to make about 200 quarter sandwiches.
