going to make the cranberry pecan pound cake today to take to a meeting tonight.

Just a note, barb- it's VERY hard to slice the first day. Directions say to refrigerate

at least one day before serving.
If you make it early you may want to stick it in the frig until you're ready to leave for your meeting.

 
Ooooh, I better get this made quick! I've got the ingredients out, but better start this now, and

put in the fridge for tonight. Do you think that will be ok?
