Hi Nan! We weathered the winds just fine this year. Last year...I had no power for 8 days. Ugh.

Words like "Wind" and "Snow" have much bigger reprocrussions here in Seattle than they do where I come from. Back in Illinois, wind and snow were part of the usual order of things. Here in Seattle, wind and snow can cripple the community.
