Made this last night and was quite pleased. The only change I made was I added about 1 Tbsp. of Chinese Fermented Black Bean Sauce to the sauce. (Brand: One Culture Foods, "Chinese Fermented Black Bean with Ginger, Pineapple Juice and Tamari - so sweet and savory). Next time I will double the sauce.
