and sent them off today. I cut the pan of cookies in half, and stacked the 2 halves and wrapped them well in foil and plastic wrap. I think they will travel well that way,uncut, and I'm sure they can find a knife amongst them to cut them up. I used the USPO flat rate box and stuffed it full of snack pack nuts and gum and non-melting candy to fill-up and pad the box. I just love those flat rate boxes! I added some ground almonds to the batter, and used just chocolate and white chocolate chips.
