good for cabbage. also any meat...

holy basil is sorta like thai basil. more pungent than sweet basil. i had a coupla plants of it growing on the deck so i dried some to save.

it's a relative of ginger with a less refined flavor. it's used a lot in thai cuisine.

 
I have all the mentioned plus more. Never heard of Dan & Buck's jalepeno Steak Butter!

I have a well-stocked pantry and spice/herb cabinet plus an herb garden in back. I actually get lost trying to find what I want, even though it is in alphabetical order. I order from Penzeys Spice and they always send me free samples. I have tiny jars of things I don't know what to do with. A project this winter is to look up recipes using them.
