This recipe is from my friend Julie in MA that we have been eating for years.
4 jalapenos, minced
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 Tbsp chicken bullion
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp mustard seed
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp orange peel
1 cup vege oil
marinate pork for 6-12 hours (or however much time you have! be sure not to leave out the mustard seed and the orange peel.
Cook the tenderloin right in the marinade!
