I finally settled on a menu with the bride at the last minute and then had to do this after spending Friday night at the wedding. Everything went great - timing was a little off as some of the guests did not arrive on time and nobody started to eat until then.

CZ's Brunch Casserole (CathyZ)

Baked Blueberry Pecan French Toast (Meryl)

Smoked Salmon & Accompaniments

Biscuits w/homemade fig preserves, Hero Strawberry preserves; Stonewall Kitchens Peach Raspberry Champagne preserves

Assorted fresh bagels from Alpine Bagel

Fresh Strawberries

Almond Poppyseed Bread & Pumpkin Bread from Puffy Muffin (ran out of time to make my own) with some assorted biscotti left from my big event at work on Thursday

 
Baked blueberry pecan French toast and Bacon & sausage

casserole - are they in T&T - I cant seem to find them??

 
BTW - I've made this several times - tweaked it slightly

I like making it with challah but then again - that is just my preference. I also put a little bit of a crumb/streusel topping on top to take it up a notch and everyone loves it. No recipe - just combine melted butter, sugar and some flour until it's crumbly and just sprinkle on the top. And I really liked it with some blueberries layered in with the bread and custard rather than just on the top

 
Me three. T&T for sure. It's makes a great supper with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
