Question re: dry chimichurri rub recipe

I cannot find dried savory leaves to make this recipe for Christmas gifts. Would it still be good to leave it out? I looked around on line a bit about Chimichurri and no where else that I looked did any recipe include savory. Is this a mix of herbs? Anyway, please have a look and let me know what you think. Thanks so much in advance.

Tks, rvb. Is that because you don't think it would be missed? I looked on Penzey's

and it said Savory was a cross of mint and thyme. I really have no idea.

Denise it should be fine - I make chimichurri all the time

and my recipe doesn't have any savory in it. In fact, this recipe has quite a few things in it that chimichurri doesn't have in it. I'm going to have to try it.

PS - I think Wild Oats has savory.

penzey's has savory and you can get in plenty of time for Christmas gifts.

and yes , it's because i didn't think it would be missed that much.
