Marzipan-Orangen-Plätzchen
100 grams Marzipan
4 egg yolks
100 grams powdered sugar
200 grams butter
2 oranges -- zest of
200 grams flour
50 grams bittersweet chocolate
Combine marzipan, yolks, powdered sugar and butter to a smooth batter. Stir in zest and flour.
Place the batter in a pastry bag with a large round tip. Pipe little mounds or balls on a buttered and floured baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Dip cooled cookies in the melted chocolate.
