I was missing an ingredient for one or two, the others were like something I had just did, so I combined the flavors of several--added some hoisin and a few other things I forgot to write down to the chopped duck and stuffed it into some premade crepes. Was a hit. Hope I can go over the recipes and remember. Risotto looks really good.

Made Pineapple-Cilantro rice yesterday--yummy.

We just hauled anchor and are headed out to Pacific and then down to Seattle.
