Hi, Have never made this type of roast (it's on sale for 3.99 lb) want to try a 7 pound roast, would like medium rare and I don't have a thermometer. Any advice about temperature & time? Thanks in advance. Ivona
You'll have to cook the meat a little longer since your roast is bigger.............perhaps another 12 - 15 minutes depending on the doneness you want.
