Charlie, the cake was the hit of the event and was brought out early at special request once someone had seen it in the kitchen.

Elenor, the potato salad was perfect. I don't usually care for non-mayo or sour cream based, but that was great. Not too sour and easy as could be.

Dawn, the chicken is really good.

I've done it with breast tenders on a panini-maker, as well.

Here's my martha stewart-ish tip. When I bring chicken home from the grocery, I stick it in a ziploc with the marinade or rub and then freeze. I take it out to thaw the morning I plan to make it.
