ThinkGeek has hired a food science geek with evil retro tendencies

First they attracted my attention with the totally nerdy but amazingly desirable molecular gastronomy kit. As someone who has only been hindered from making honey caviar by the price of grape-seed oil, I WANT IT! As they say, 'science drools!'.

THEN they offer me bacon-flavored OR cheddar flavored salt, and finish up with Baconnaise.
