Many have I enjoyed watching that lovely sunset.

1/5 oz. gin

1/5 oz. creme de banane

1/5 oz. fresh cream

1/5 oz. blue curacao

1/5 oz. fresh lemon juice

1 dash grenadine

I don't know who, in their right minds, would bother to measure a fifth of an ounce when this drink is so delicious. Start with an ounce and get on with it.

Shake all but the grenadine. Strain into a tulip glass.

Add the grenadine.

This is from the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok. (also a lovely place to have a drink at any time) (and food)

I plan to try this this w-end if....

I can find the banana, however I might just whizz up some fresh instead....and then add a bit more gin as I imagine I need to make up the booze that should be in the creme de banane!

We just have to drink a little more as I face East and the sun doesn't go down!!!!! Lol, it just comes up again and again!
