I got it so I could make shelf stable homemade stock, but does anyone have recipes that are good and holdup for pressure canning? This is a whole new world for me, though I have water bathed canned in the past.
Thanks Heather, I’ll check it out!Rose Red Homestead on YouTube has a lot of great pressure canning recipes AND she does her scientific homework about food safety so I feel like she’s trustworthy in that regard.
