Soon as the weather turns cool my baking gene kicks in and demads to be recognized!! Here is what I have so far: First day was just an assortment of different choc chips becuase I have been wanting to do them for a while. They all got a 24 hour rest in the fridge. Second day was a bit more traditional holiday fare but the really Christmas-y ones will come in a bit. I need to recover from baking all these first, LOL!!! First pic L -> R:
*Salted Toffee CC--DH's favorite of the day
*Chocolate cookies with milk, white and dark chips
*Salted buckwheat with pecans and milk chocolate chips
*Fig, tahini and sesame seed with milk chocolate chips
*Chocolate cookies with peanuts, rice crispies and dark chocolate chips
*Rye cranberry choco chips that suffered a bad operator error-I forgot the bakingsoda & powder in the second batch I mixed up.

Second Pic:
*the "repaired" Rye Cranberry coco chips from above
*snickerdoodles
*Mexican Wedding Cakes
*triple ginger cookies
*a new one that is a spice cookie with Chinese Five Spice and orange, YUM!!

Two more batches still in the fridge but the will have to wait for another day now! They are marbled tahini and pistachio drop.
