A angak Well-known member Jun 18, 2009 #3 Gay, thanks for posting this. have you tried any of these cakes? question--- It seems to me that 2 envelopes of yeast is a lot for such small cakes, most have only 1 3/4 cups of flour. I'm thinking of trying one with using just one packet.
