While I have a couple of recipes for Green (and Red) Tomato Jam, don't think I'd do this one because
the citrus dramatically changes the cooking time as well as the texture and flavor of the jam. Seems like the tomatoes are little more than filler, which would be overpowered by the flavor of the oranges.
If you're interested, I'd be happy to share my recipes. One uses only sugar and lemon juice, the other is savory and includes jalapeños.
