Ooh yes. I made that chutney many years ago and canned it. Unfortunately I

never tried it with Stilton.

 
help with the dough recipe please

The link gives the ingredients for the dough but the first step in the directions is to roll it out. I am fairly pastry challenged so don't know standard procedure for a dough of this type. Do I just combine everything in a FP? Does it need to rest like pie dough?

I went to the tart recipe...

and then clicked on "save to recipe box"..
What was saved was a recipe for Roast Heirloom Goose! How crazy is that?

Not sure what happened, but when I tried a 2nd time, it worked as it should,

click on the Pastry Dough to get that recipe.

These are the ingredients for the tart filling:

1 cup heavy cream
1 whole large egg
2 large egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
5 oz chilled Stilton, rind removed and cheese crumbled (1 1/2 cups)
