I'm thinking of entering the homemade Oreos in our fair. I would like to find some darker cocoa first. Our fair is around Labor Day.

we'll enter our state's Spam contest and if I win the Grand Prize, I promise to share. Promise.

 
Sorry Ang, no recipes for Spam. Unless you count fried egg and Spam sandwiches a recipe...

My favorite - fried egg, over easy, layered with two pieces of Spam, fried until crispy, on soft white fluffy bread, spread with mayo and ketchup.

I don't eat that very often, but once a year or so, I'll crave that!

Most times, it's just diced, and put into fried rice, or julieened in saimin, or most often, made into Spam musubi's.
