the Afternoon Delight citrus pie uses crushed Sandies for the crumb crust. I never thought to use

those. I just have trouble if I have a box of those in the house. . .

AngAk, Truthfully, the pecan sandies are my only weakness when it comes to a cookie!

I should clarify that, my only weakness for a commerically baked cookie.

I can't tell you how badly I am craving one, or a dozen, right now! haven't had one in ages.

I LOVE using crushed cookies for crusts.... they keep their crunch quite awhile
