6 naked lemons in the fridge.... what's a girl to do?

I made several wine maker's grape cakes so that's where the rind went. So - what to do with the naked lemons?

This definitely gets my vote. Or just mix in the zest later (not for purists, I know). smileys/smile.gif

 
Juice and freeze in ice cube trays.

I hate cutting a new lemon to squeeze on avacado, bananas, apples, etc. to keep them from turning brown.

 
I second Michael's

"juice and freeze" suggestion. Nothing like having fresh lemon juice cubes on hand when you're in need.

 
I liked the flavor but the salt seasoning was off for me. Probably because I'm used to E's briami

...and that has all that cheese in it.
